Success. Bitter limitation cannot be firmly sustained.

It speaks of establishing fair boundaries, healthy rules, and balance.

The six lines
Line 1. Limitation – Do not leave the courtyard. No guilt. Begin with simple self-discipline. Small restraints prevent great mistakes.
Line 2. Limitation – Do not leave the gate. Ominous. Avoid total blockage. Moderation is not seclusion: allow the necessary flow.
Line 3. Limitation – Without limits, there will be lamentation. No guilt (if one learns). Set boundaries before excess brings losses. Recognizing the lack of measure is already part of correction.
Line 4. Limitation – Adapting to limits brings success. Adapt willingly to just rules. Regularity makes progress smooth.
Line 5. Limitation – Sweet and voluntary boundary. Auspicious. Advancing receives esteem. Practice moderation with a light heart. Society honors those who know how to measure themselves.
Line 6. Limitation – Bitter limit; even with firmness, it is disastrous. Regret dissipates (after the lesson). Avoid sterile harshness. If there has been excess, soften and learn: thus sorrow dissolves.
